Any advice to your junior colleagues?
"Life can often feel like an uphill battle, and the pharmacy school is no different. It’s important to recognize the circumstances we find ourselves in, no matter how tough they may seem, and to gather the courage to face those challenges head-on. You need to understand that tackling obstacles directly is a key part of moving forward. The more you shy away from your problem, the longer the problem During these tough times, don’t underestimate the power of reflection and self-care, as they can provide much-needed strength and guidance. Also, connecting with a network of like-minded individuals who share similar goals. This supportive community will serve as a solid foundation, making it easier to navigate the complexities of the pharmacy profession and helping us all feel more confident as we work towards our goals together. Lastly, I personally think pharmacy as a profession needs more courageous individuals who are willing to make a positive change in the profession. These changes will overall impact our immediate environment. To make these changes, we need to be involved. YOU CAN'T CHANGE A SYSTEM YOU'RE NOT PART OF. SO, BE INVOLVED."
