What is your most embarrassing memory? (in or out of pharmacy school)
I once walked into school with people staring as I passed, I thought I turned the charm on only to realize much later in the day that my hair was unkempt... I forgot to comb
What are your plans after graduation?
I plan to dive deeper into pharmaceutical research, particularly in drug design and infectious diseases. Whether through further studies or industry work, I want to contribute to innovations that improve healthcare.
What is something most people do not know about you?
Despite being heavily involved with chemicals and drugs, I’m actually anosmic; I can’t smell anything, but chose to study Pharmacy regardless.
Any advice to your junior colleagues?
Take every opportunity to learn, network, and grow. Academics are important, but your experiences outside the classroom; volunteering, research, and leadership will set you apart. And remember, resilience is key, your background does have to determine your destination.
If you could have a super power, what would it be?
Adaptive muscle memory
What is something you’ve always wanted to learn?
Coding for pharmaceutical applications, especially in drug design. It fascinates me how computational tools are shaping modern medicine.
What is your biggest fear?
Not living up to my full potential or making the impact I envision.
